The AES Recruitment Services primary aim is to place unemployed Aboriginal people into employment. Once a job vacancy becomes available our professional team will assess the skills required to undertake that role. We will source our existing client base to assess suitability and as appropriate will source external career seekers that meet the skills expectation. Once suitability has been determined the relationship between the AES, Aboriginal career seeker and employer commences. This relationship continues beyond work commencement, our intense mentoring for the job seeker and the employer does deliver increased levels of retention.
Through the AES Training Coordination we also have the capacity to deliver industry focused and job preparation courses that increases skills of a job seeker that provides a greater chance for the individual to seek a job.
By implementing our proven model and strategy we have been able to maintain a consistent and reliable service that has seen significant growth from more Corporate Australia companies accessing this service provided by the AES.
